Mount Everest Distillery Ltd. successfully organized the MEDL Staff Retreat & Distributor Meet 2026 from 15–17 Shrawan 2083, bringing together team members and valued distribution partners for a memorable experience focused on teamwork, learning, partnership and shared growth.

The program featured engaging team-building activities and a professional development session on “Mindset, Motivation and Meaning” (3M Model for Self-Coaching), facilitated by Certified Master Trainer Mr. Indra B. Gurung.

सभामा कम्पनीको दीर्घकालीन विकास रणनीति अन्तर्गत विभिन्न महत्वपूर्ण निर्णयहरू गरिएको छ। कम्पनीले आफ्नो जारी पुँजीको २० प्रतिशत सेयर सर्वसाधारणमा जारी गर्ने (IPO) प्रक्रिया अघि बढाउने निर्णय गरेको छ, जसले कम्पनीको पुँजी संरचना सुदृढ गर्दै पूँजी बजारमा प्रवेश गर्ने मार्ग प्रशस्त गर्नेछ। त्यसैगरी, उत्पादन क्षमता विस्तार गर्ने तथा उद्योगमा आधुनिक अटोमेसन प्रणाली लागू गर्ने योजनालाई प्राथमिकतामा राखिएको छ। यसले उत्पादन दक्षता वृद्धि गर्नुका साथै गुणस्तर सुधारमा महत्वपूर्ण योगदान पुर्‍याउने अपेक्षा गरिएको छ।
