Mount Everest Distillery Limited is preparing for an Initial Public Offering (IPO) appointing Siddhartha Capital Limited as the issue manager. Established in 2065 B.S., the company specializes in producing blended liquor, grain-based ENA rectified spirit, and DWGS.
The corporate office is located in Kathmandu, while the manufacturing facility is situated in Tikuligadh, Rupandehi.
The company is also planning to introduce premium liquor brands under the 25UP, 30UP, and 40UP categories.
